On Completion — Send E-mail
Send an e-mail notification after a task completes, conditioned on the task outcome.
Recipients
- Send on condition that
- When to send the e-mail. Choose one of the four On Completion conditions: Always / All previous steps successful / Any previous step produced an error / No files were processed.
- Sender's e-mail account
- The outgoing mail account used to send the message. Press Configure to open the Outgoing Mail Accounts manager.
Message
- Recipient list
- The recipient list account that defines the To, Cc, Bcc addresses, and the default subject. Press Configure to open the Recipient Lists manager.
- Subject
- The e-mail subject line. If left blank, the subject defined in the selected Recipient List is used.
- Text
- The body text of the e-mail message.
Miscellaneous
- Display title
- A custom name shown in the Task Scenario instead of the default title.
- Enabled
- When disabled, this step is ignored during task execution (shown as struck-out in the Task Scenario).
