Use Network section to set up the network components of the program:

 

Settings_Network

 

"Retry count" - specifies how many connect retries should be done in case of the network error.

 

"SMTP timeout", "Ping Timeout", "FTP/HTTP Timeout" and "POP3 Timeout" - the interval in seconds after which an attempt to perform an SMTP, FTP, POP3 or ICMP operation will be repeated in case of its previous failure.

 

"FTP characters translation" -

the file naming in UNIX/LINUX frequently contains non standard Windows filename characters such as > , < , : , etc. Such files can not be saved on a Windows based computers. You can specify a replacement for this character. For example, a file with the name <File.txt> will have name %3cFile.txt%3e.

 

"Use FTP ASCII transfer" - in AUTO mode any file matched with a sample from the list will be transmitted as ASCII. All the other files are transmitted as binary.
