Common Error Handling

The Error handling group determines the AnyFileBackup actions in case of replication errors:

 

Settings_ErrorHandling

 

"Send alerts about errors by email" - AnyFileBackup is able to send the warning, alert and error messages to email of the product administrator. This option determines how to send the messages:
 

"Never",
 

"In a single message",
 

"In separate messages".

 

"Recipient list" – select a list of recipients the message is delivered to from the list.

 

"Recipient list properties" – to add, change or review the recipient list item press Edit button.

 

"Email account" – select a mail server the message is delivered through from the list.

 

"Email account properties" – to add, change or review the email account item press Edit button.

 

"Task retry count" - number of attempts to fulfill the operation in case of its failure.

 

"Task retry interval (min.)" - period between retry attempts in minutes.

 

"Restore FTP files" - if checked AnyFileBackup  continues uploading a file from the interrupted point if it was partially transferred to the FTP server because of disconnect or other error.

 

"Performance index" - allows to manage disk usage if it is critical for other applications. The less performance index value the more time is allocated for concurrent processes for disk usage.

 

"Custom properties" - a list of properties used for individual product tuning. Usually you don't need to modify them.
