You can inspect a mailbox for incoming email messages over POP3 protocol. Files attached to the messages can be copied to targets specified in the target list.

Mailbox settings
"Mailbox account name" - select the mail server the task should connect to from the list. To add an account with the connection parameters for a new mail server or edit the existing one you can in the account manager. To enter it press the button on the right side of the field.
"Account manager" button - click to open the Account Manager window.
"GO" [Test account] button - click to verify if the account parameters specified correctly. For the account validation other fields (such as port, user name, password, etc.) of the selected account must be filled with required values as well in the Account Manager.
Looking for strings:
"Field" - select one the field of the letter to be monitored: "From", "Subject", "To".
"Content" - enter one or several keywords into this field. AnyFileBackuplooks trough the letters in the mailbox, and searches the field of the letter specified in the Field field for the text from the String field. If there is a match, AnyFileBackup performs the tasks starting the applications (see Launching programs) and dispatching the messages (see Dispatch of messages). Wild cards can be used in the pattern for seeking. The string pattern is case sensitive, wild cards ( "*", "?" ) can be used as well.
"Delete a message after check" - the letter, in which the match occurred, can be deleted from the mailbox to prevent the re-execution of the task operations, if this check box is marked.
Values from the fields "From", "To", "Subject" and "MessageID" of the processed letters can be used in the %FROM%, %TO%, %SUBJECT%, %MESSAGEID% macro strings.
