It is possible to restrict an access to task control and product management for the Control Center user. To manage user accounts select Access properties row and press Edit button in the Common section of the Settings window

Note: do not enable the restricted access if the administrator account is disabled or doesn't exist.
To specify a local and remote Control Center user permissions for task control and product management you have to create a user account and assign it a set of permissions:

"User name" - a name of the user account. It should be used for access the Control Center locally or remotely.
"Password" - a user account password. Note: use only alphanumeric characters (a...z A...Z 0...9) in the password.
"Enabled" - enable or disable the user account.
"Administrator" - specify Yes if the account is used by the Control Center administrator. Note: only user with this flag enabled is able to manage the user accounts.
"Notes" - any notes or comments concerning current account.
"Start/Stop Tasks" - specify Yes if the user is permitted to start and stop the AnyFileBackup tasks.
"Start/Stop Server" - specify Yes if the user is permitted to start and stop the AnyFileBackup server module.
"Edit Task and Extension Settings" - specify Yes if the user is permitted to view, add, change and delete AnyFileBackup tasks and installed extensions settings.
"Edit Application Settings" - specify Yes if the user is permitted to view and change the AnyFileBackup settings.
"Remote Access" - specify Yes if the user is permitted to connect to a Control Center remotely with Remote Console.
"Access to Reports" - specify Yes if the user is permitted to create the AnyFileBackup reports.
"Groups" - specify a list of task groups the user is permitted to access to. If the list is empty the user has an access to all task groups. The account with Administrator flag enabled always has the access to all groups.
